What a place! It all seems new, has its own waterfall, a permanent outdoor tent, a pond with swans all in the middle of a beautiful vineyard and winery. Ashley & Joseph had quite a few happy guests and a wonderful ceremony. We had a very cool time and very much enjoyed photographing at Leal Vineyards.

Nicole is a beautiful bride that does not like to be in front of the camera. I'd say she did pretty well. Mish and I had fun capturing her beauty and creating some gorgeous images. Andrew and his boys whooped it up! Hollins House is now one of my favorite views in Santa Cruz County. It is incredible! It is a wedding photographers dream with the view, the house, the patios and the golf cours overlooking the ocean. Hard to beat!

Ashley looked a lot like a Barbie doll, and she acted like one too! I think she enjoyed this more than anyone this year! Good thing, and I think we made some excellent images of her. Bridal Portraits are a very luxurious way to capture the beauty of the bride in her dress on a separate occasion. It really takes the stress off of her and she can really enjoy her wedding day.

Tehama is so gorgeous...we got an almost rainy day and it cleared up a bit, then a dramatic sunset. Clint Eastwood owns the place but I didn't see him unfortunately. (Although I did at his other place Mission Ranch a couple years ago...he's really tall and thin.) Veronica was so sweet the whole time, and put up with her groom who I think should be a stand-up comedian. He had me rolling... Allison and Lori from Allison Weddings planned and coordinated tis event. They did an EXCELLENT job. Everything was perfect and immaculate. Great job, girls!

We went to Veronica's home the day before her wedding to do some fashion style bridal portraits. She had her hair and make-up done, and we got to fool around a bit with her dress. Fun, beautiful stuff! It's like playing Barbie...although I wouldn't personally know. -JK
